Our Good Tenant program is simple, and here is how you can benefit: 1. Rent a rehearsal space from us for one full year. 2. Treat the facility as you would a second home; take out the trash regularly, respect the facility, and pay your rent on time. With these simple steps in mind, you can easily earn a free six-hour block of studio time at Broad Street Studios!
